Now Earn Up To $11,000 a Year!!
From July 24th 2008 the weekly pocket money for au pairs increases again. You can now earn up to $11,000US/year. What a great time to become an au pair!
Earn More as an Au Pair in America!
Pocket money for the Au Pair in America program will increase from $157.95 per week to $176.85 per week, effective July 24, 2008. EduCare participants rates’ will also rise from a payment of $118.46 per week to $132.64 per week!
This increase comes following the US congress’ first minimum wage rise since 1997. The weekly Au Pair stipend paid to au pairs is based on a formula set by the U.S Department of Labor that includes a credit for room and board.
Au Pair Extraordinaire Participants will recieve $225US from January 1st 2008
